My son started Impact not long after lockdown as we were really struggling at home. He is going through process of the EHCP application. He’s enjoyed Impact and always gives good feedback when he comes home. He’s made lots of friends and speaks highly of the staff. If I could let him finish his school life here, it would be a perfect solution. I’ve not had 1 concern or worry since he started. Will be sad when his time ends here. Would like to thank Holly and the others for being fab in every way. Highly recommended.
Everyone at Impact make you feel welcome, right from the start. The staff are friendly and very professional in how they treat the students. Our son was hesitant at first but now enjoys going, we’ve seen a real improvement in his engagement and reigniting his learning needs. He has formed good friends as well as improving his relationships with others. Thank you Impact!
Holly and the team at Impact have a child centred approach, which has enabled them to support some of our most vulnerable and hard to reach children. Their individualised approach to working with our pupils has resulted in them feeling more confident, raising their self-esteem and this has increased their levels of attendance and engagement.
Impact have supported our pupils with referrals for Special Educational Needs assessments, and have worked closely with us in multi-agency meetings to ensure that the families also get the support they need. This holistic approach has positively impacted on our pupils daily lived experience, as well as their families. I would highly recommend Impact as an Alternative provider as they are a fantastic resource for schools and offer a life line to vulnerable children and their families.
We have worked with Impact for a number of years and always find the team of staff to be flexible, supportive and accommodating to the needs of the learners we send their way. During their time at Impact, our learners receive curriculum based lessons, in addition to valuable one to one interventions which we just don't have to time and resources to fulfil in the mainstream setting. Students always return to us having had time to reflect and learn valuable lessons. Communication between staff and our school is great, with regular reports accessible on the platform. We hope to continue working with the team at Impact for years to come.
